Established in 1965… The Chicago FM Club (CFMC) boasts a roster of over 150 members strong, from all over the Chicagoland area and beyond. With a vast array of coverage from our six area repeaters, we are much more than a “Repeater Club”. CFMC is proud to host one of Chicagoland’s biggest and best Ham Fests… Radio Expo; Held in September each year, check our Calendar for details. CFMC Members enjoy a comradery both On-Air and IRL. Check-In to our popular Night Watch net, operating 7 days a week @ 10:00 PM local Chicago Time. Or, if you’re in the neighborhood… Stop by at one of the CFMC Friday Night Socials. Monthly Club Meeting – November 20, 2024

Chicago Police Station 5151 North Milwaukee Ave. Chicago, IL 60630 There is ample street parking as well as parking on the Second Floor Only of the PD parking structure. CFMC Christmas Party 2024

“The CFMC Christmas Party is tentatively scheduled forSaturday, December 14th 2024 Dino’s Italian Restaurant7004 W. Higgins AvenueChicago, IL 60656 Directions3.5 blocks east of Harlem. One block south of the Kennedy Expressway. Pizza, pasta, meatballs, salad, soft drinks, coffee, and dessert.CASH BAR PAID MEMBERS are FREE. Spouse or Significant other is $15. Each additional guest, space permitting, is $30. RSVP via the link that will be emailed to you. We will be using SignUp to keep track of who’s attending. Member and Spouse or Significant Other have priority over extra guests.

Winter Field Day 2025

January 24-26, 2025Three days, two nights of Fun!CFMC Winter Field Day is being held at a heated cabin at: Camp Bullfrog Lake9600 Wolf RoadWillow Springs, IL 60480 Directions SETUP BEGINS AT 3:00 pm Friday.After setup we will be holding the Friday Night Social at the cabin.
