We accept payment of membership Dues via the Zelle app to wa9orc@gmail.com. If paying Dues by Zelle, you can use the Online Membership Application Form and we’ll get you processed in right away.

There are three ways to submit your application for processing:
US MAIL
Print and sign the completed CFMC Application Form and mail it to:

Enclose a personal check made out to: Chicago FM Club, for applicable Dues.
In-Person
Print and sign the completed CFMC Application Form and present it to any CFMC Club Officer at a Monthly Club Meeting, Weekly Social, or any Special Event. Payment for Dues can be by Personal Check or Cash.
Email
Print and sign the completed CFMC Application Form. Send the Form as an attachment to WA9ORC@gmail.com. You must make payment for applicable Dues In-Person, via Check to our Mailing Address, or via Zelle to: wa9orc@gmail.com.
Applicants paying Membership Dues via Zelle may use the
Online Membership Application Form.
Once your membership application information is verified, and your payment for Dues is received, your name will be entered in the CFMC Roster and your email address will be added to the CFMC Groups IO email distribution account so you will receive all CFMC announcements, newsletters and message traffic.
