Completion of this form by Candidates for Officer or Director positions in the CFMC is required. This information will be published in the Ballots sent to club members during the voting period. We may also ask, in a follow-up email, for a picture (headshot) of yourself to include on the ballot, if we don’t already have one.

ARTICLE XII. NOMINATIONS AND ELECTIONS
Sec. 1. As stipulated in ARTICLE IV, elections for officers and directors shall be conducted alternatively each year, with the four (4) Officers in even years, and likewise, shall be concerned only with the five (5) directors in the odd years.
Sec. 2. All members seeking elected office shall signify their willingness to serve by registering their candidacy with the Secretary, prior to the November Meeting. Thereafter, the complete list of all candidates shall be presented at the November general meeting.
Sec. 3. The election period will begin after the November general meeting and continue until just prior to the December meeting. The election will be conducted using an electronic election application, approved by the Board.
All members will be sent an electronic ballot to cast their vote anonymously. The vote tally will be reported at the December general meeting.
Sec. 4. Elected directors shall be those full members receiving highest number of votes in their numerical order. The elected member for Office, who receives the highest number of votes, shall be designated as elected to such office.
By submitting this form, I am officially entering my name as a candidate for the position indicated, and am willing and able to perform the duties of the elected office for the applicable two-year term.
