ARRL Summer Field Day
Three Days and Two Nights of Radio, Food, and Fun.
JUNE 22-23 at CAMP REINBERG. 1801 Quentin Road Palatine, IL
Volunteers are needed Friday afternoon to help set up radios and antennas and should plan to arrive at 3:00.
Friday, June 21, the Friday Night Social will be held at the cabin. Pizza and soft drinks will be served. BYOB.
We’re asking everyone to bring a snack, side dish or dessert for the picnic lunch & dinner on Saturday. Chips, dip, vegies, coleslaw, desserts, etc. Remember, Saturday is also the annual club picnic. The club provides the main courses, soft drinks, coffee and water for the weekend. BYOB. We are already stocked with ice, condiments and firewood.
Field Day radio ops start at 1:00 Saturday afternoon, and end at noon Sunday.
There will be VE testing from Noon till 5 P.M. on Saturday for all license classes.
It doesn’t matter what class of license you have. You’ll have the opportunity to operate on all bands, all frequencies and all modes under the club callsign.

THE CFMC HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE ARRL STATION LOCATOR FOR FIELD DAY 2024
The air conditioned cabin sleeps ten and has a full private bath. There is electric, covered porch, picnic table, fire pit and ample parking.
As usual, we will be using the callsign W9C and are planning on operating 4 transmitters
